If i have cable 3(1*185 sqmm)-11kv-xlpe,copper.and when i go to buy it,i do not find it .which cable size i must replace but made from aluminum?

If I have cable 3(1*185sqmm)-11kv-xlpe, copper and I do not find it, i will replace it by 3(1*240sqmm) from aluminum.

3(1*240 sq mm)  aluminum xlpe cable.

 3(1*240sqmm) ALUMINUM CABLE

3(1x300 sqmm). I think its the rule of thumb to have it 2 trade sizes up from Cu to Al.
