What you do to control mistakes at work?

On job training as in Powerpoint slides that shows different scenarios and solutions, Online training where an employee can access a questionnaire to answer questions and provide answers to which we apply proper training. 

After work training is also a proper solution. 

There is no problem to make any mistakes at the job but you have to learn from Your mistakes And Learning from mistakes requires three things: 1Putting yourself in situations where you can make interesting mistakes 2Having the self-confidence to admit to them 3Being courageous about making changes Remember that, your mistakes is your last teacher

it depends on what kind of mistakes for examples to avoid mistakes you should review you work before submit it to your supervisor or Manger. Also you focus on work only and avoid other idea that may confuse you. If the mistake happen you should admit it and try hardly to find the best way to make the damage as less as possible and consider that what is more important don't do the same mistake twice as that will be not good as a professional
