I would plan regular Team Building Exercises and Obstacle Courses to be played outdoors.
To be among nature will make one think clearer, be open minded and draw closer to each other.
Yes the best results can be achived through the best composition of team and its members. As you and your team jelled and level of understanding establish you can automatically achieve good results.
1- Conduct ice breaking meetings on bi-monthly basis.
2- Give freedom to the employees to speakup their minds in ways that will support the corporate strategy.
3- Show recognition to sub-teams that managed to deliver difficult tasks.
4- encourage your team members to come up with initiatives that will boost-up work, such as improving processes, developing supporting apps, introducing new oppertunities, etc.
5- Practice accountability mode on all staff members.
6- Emphasize on respect among team members.
7- Keep calm when negative situation arise.
8- Prevent office gossiping to focus on productivity.
9- Announce prizes for best performance.
10- Know what motivates every member, as what motivates one doesn't necessary means it motivates others.

During off time just arrange to see movie based on leadership with chill environment convey your message passively by movie and talking about leadership and motivate them through going out with them but having your own sanctity
