House keeping is one of the key points in hotel industry. Hence it should be aimed to the extreme satisfaction of the guests. Each item inside the room should be cleaned with a shining look. Bath room should be perfectly cleaned and make sure that towels, and other consumables are changed on time. Cleaning checklists should be perfectly followed up.
As a housekeeper we should know how to maintain the quality and standard service of the hotel. Listen to the complain of the guest to improve the hospitality service in the hotel and most of all we follow the good attitude of being honest when we working in the hospitality industry.
Good housekeeper should ensure a safety and clean environment and this only possible when the place is defect free from each and every aspect of engineering ie, good air conditioner , plumbing , all electrical perfectly working , no carpentry issues , spotless walls , etc which makes the guest's stay pleasant and comfortable .
As a housekeeper to operate in a big hotels one should be efficient and effective. Bigger hotels has more rooms so being efficient and effective will help in the speed of work and to satisfy guests.
