We kow that Max() & Min() Functions will give us the highest and lowest value of range of value.But how can we Know the Top 10 or the least 10 Values?

In excel home tab, Select Conditional Formatting, after select Top/Bottom rules.

I hope, it will work.

My Solution By Using 2 Function To achieve this :

1- large(array,Rank)

2- Small(array,Rank)

Example:

=LARGE(A1:A5,4) will return the fourth top value of array of data

=small(A1:A5,4) will return the fourth least value of array of data
