In terms of greatest marketing impact, which is more important: getting the product right or getting the delivery right?

I'd say both, but there is a bit of leeway you get with the delivery but the product is of utmost importance

From my point of view on the first steps the right delivery plays a very big role, because it influence the clients perception of the good (for example the baby oil can be used not only for babies, but also by women, as it makes the skin soft). But from further perspective if the product is wrong itself then there will not be the loyalty to your product.
