Yes of course it should. In many countries its biggest business for the Businessman. Its the most expensive than any other facilities .It shouldnt be so .Many government spend lots of money on the infrastructure , army etc but less on Healthcare and this makes the private sector people to take over it.

so it becomes because of the private sector. Some countries do offer free services for it but I guess its not woth.

It should be be free with all the advancements in it,

Healthcare must be a fundamental human right and must be provided by an international fund controled by a global organisation such as WHO devoted to insuring this human right. This right should be given to everyone regardless of any factors. Having said that, healthcare starts from the individuals themselves who must be educated about healthy lifestyles and self healthcare.
