every programming language has a good framework but i think for Python the FLASK framework is better, well Pythonista describe it as a micro-framework not because it is not powerful but because it use the notation of extensions, you have the framework without a lot of tools so you can use it easy and once you want to use a feature let's say you want to use SQLite then you can add it easy so the farework give you the power to choose your tools and it support a lot of technologies

My best Framework web developer is Symfony 2, In fact it's provides a clear architecture MVC with nice and best view coding.
