Is being really good at Adobe softwares (Photoshop and Illustrator) enough to be a part of an organization seeking a Graphic Designer?

There are various levels to a job function and as such require different skill levels. Yes the mentioned softwares are good enough to land you a job as a graphic designer in most of the cases, only when the design process is more complex will you need additional knowledge.

Since the majority of the organizations use the Adobe softwares, being well versed with them will surely get you hired. However the organizations prefer candidates who know more softwares.

if you are creative, if u have ability to come up with new ideas, if u can think out of the box, both soft wares are enough to start,,,,, but it not enough to go further.... if you try to learn more & more you will make yourself more worthy. learning many soft wares is not necessary but being expert in these software is more important

Yes, but you should be practicing your skills continuously, and furthermore, you shouldn't limit yourself to these programs, but be willing to learn news ones, such as Adobe InDesign, AdobePremierPro, etc. The more you know, the more you'll stand out.
