Just start off with saying your full name, your current position and the current company ur working at and then describe yourself in3 words  i.e: hard working,passionate...etc or instead just mention your top skills i.e :team management, communication skills...etc

This would be a simple and a straight forward answer.

The best candidate should use this question to lead the interview by taking the interviewers to ask him the questions he/she is prepared for.

this could happen by focussing on skills that are not mentioned in the interview, for example: I am a highly committed and organized person, I work excellent under pressure, I love working with teams,

Trust me: the interviewers will ask then about your team working skills, your organizations and planning skills,
