Distinguish between the internal and external environment of an organization and how do these environments affect the existence of an organization?

The Internal Environment of an organization are its staff ,their communication with each other and to the top management .Also the system and the ways followed by the personals and the facilities provided for the staff to work within.While the external environment are the  clients to the organization and the output of the organization to these clients and to the common people either this output and impact is social, economic.These two environments affect particularly on the existence of an organization such that is the the staff working in the company are working in a relax environment,the system running by the staff is through proper channel and how the affect of the output of the work attract the clients.
