beside the stated above ideas, I believe one of the most important practices that enhance the team work and create positive culture is sharing together to buy gifts in special occasions like marriage, new born baby that joined our big family even farewell parties.
It is very important that the employees feel that they belong to this family and they are sharing together their special occasions.
