Why Gulf employers don’t count the experience of a job seeker that he/she got outside the gulf?

It is not a general rule, however it mostly happens because employers are looking for people who are familiar with the Gulf region, economy, market and people !

Because the work culture requires localization, and you can only know that after living in the GCC. Hence your skills matter, but you need to be more aware of how things are done in the GCC before you aim for career progression,
