How effective is it to combine both Performance Management Department and Training & Development under one section "Learning & Development" ? or do you think they should remain separate and have regular meetings where they communicate the issues that they tackle together?

Both Performance Management & Training teams work hand in hand as they are inter dependant on each other. Performance can be rated for an employee only if proper training for doing the job is given to that employee. Both the teams has to collaborate for a performing organisation

Well, for me they should separate the department. They have their own different outline. And it is better for them to have a regular meeting because they have both same goal.
