All integrated program like ISO, COPC, CMMI is top to down approach program where Management buy-in is very much required to implement at ground level. The Management show their keenness when they understand the practical impact /effort supprted by several case studies.

To implement the integrated system of management, the role of Management Representative / Integrated System SPOC is become very crucial whose key role is to show the real benefits of these program like :

1) Improve Company and Product Quality

2) Increase Customer Satisfaction with Company Products / Services

3) Improve the Consistency in Operations / doing activities

4) Improve Efficiency, Reduce Waste, and Save Money
