The time is from the beginning to the end of your process, as defined by you and your customer. This is calculated in 8 Hrs duty time and the Daily operating time divided by the scheduled output in that day.

I don't agree with option 4 as answer since, available operating time divided by desired output is TAKT Time.

Hence Cycle time is Total operating time avl divided by the product of desired output and the sum of job times. Hence option 2 is right answer
