I don't think I need to empress employees.
I need to impress employers to hire me.
Rank specialities in itself will not impress them because it is not necessary reflect my expertiese.
Yet, what will impress them is my views and how I am thinking, whether I fit their to culture and needs or no, and this can be known from my contributions in this portal which I believe employers can use it as virtual interview to the employees.

Ok Sir, as you mean employers and not employees..
Yes, i think so, i think it would impress an employer who's interested to read our questions and answers.
I think the whole idea is about how you introduce your self and your way of thinking to your colleagues, both employers and employees.
So your rank reflects your activity and how much you are interacting with other designers or other professionals.Even though it's not always a true indication, because not everybody has the time to give answers or to have discussions, and that doesn't mean he's not interested or doesn't have the answers.
So,i guess, yes your ranks could have some indications, but they won't give a complete impression.
