 Uncollected wastes cause blockage of drains, which result in flooding and unsanitary conditions.  Flies and Mosquitoes breed in the solid wastes, and flies are very effective vectors that spread disease  Uncollected wastes degrade the environment, unpleasant sight seeing on the streets and open places  Polluted water flowing from waste dumping and disposal sites can cause serious pollution of water supplies, irrigation animals and human health.  Fires on disposal sites can cause major air pollution, causing illness , respiratory diseases , reducing visibility, making disposal sites dangerously , may possibly spread to adjacent properties  WHO , 22 types of diseases can be eliminated if waste is properly manage On the other hand Waste is no longer rubbish it is a source of :-  Energy ( waste to energy)  Income , investment, create jobs ( recycling facilities )  Hard currency ( reuse and recyclining)  Fertilizer  Save the Environment, forest water and air quality if and only if it is properly managed
