Who should prepare JDs of an employee HR or immediate supervisor?

Immediate Supervisor should give the basic requirements like Exp, Job Responsibilities etc and then HR should frame the JD as per the requirement.

Preparation of Job discretion is the responsibility of immediate supervisor, HR to review and ensure the JD has been signed by the staff members also HR shall signed in the JD and to follow the documentation to staff personal file.
