No doubt peer tutoring by higher performing students to lower performing students will be an effective way of improving the attainment in mathematics and other subjects. Higher performing students can share how they could perform well otherthan brains. Lower performing students may have the same IQ of higher performing students but lack of hard work, interest in studies might have made them low performing. Sharing of the method of studies could improve the standard of learning along with tutoring

Peer tutoring has been extensively researched as an effective strategy to engage students and promote academic success. Caring About The Concepts that Help (CATCH) is a peer tutoring program that currently uses many effective practices found in similar programs. While CATCH already shares common elements with other successful peer tutoring programs, it is essential that any additional schools that plan to implement the CATCH program focus on these key elements.
