What is the difference between fine art and graphic design?

well, in my perspective, Graphic Design is just a sub category of Fine Arts where its main base of establishment is commercial use....
An artist can produce works of art that involve graphic media to convey a message the artist wants, rather than be under the mercy/ desires of the client Graphic design uses more digital media than Fine Arts, where the former expanded to website design & animation that are distanced from fine arts.
An artist can easily function in a graphic design environment, but not the reverse.

Fine arts or Graphics Design are related sector, But fine arts or graphics Design some Difference ,Brush on a Canvas Cloth,Typography, Page Layout, Image Development, Branding etc but it is not limited to these Elements.

* Fine Art it is normally used for commercial purposes, to convey a specific and persuasive message to a large audience.
* Graphic Design often incorporates Typography, Page Layout, Image Development, Branding etc but it is not limited to these Elements.
* Fine Art may seek to inspire Emotion in the Observer and Encourages the Observer’s Individual Interpretation and Response.
* The intent of Graphic Design is to Send a Message.
* The intent of Fine Art is to Convey a Message.
* A Portrait Photography of Mr.
Rabea Ataya and incorporating Special Effects from Adobe Photoshop or CorelDRAW for a Poster with the title "General Manager, Chairman, CoFounder at Bayt.com” = Graphic Design.
* A Portrait Painting of Mr.
Rabea Ataya and writing the title “General Manager, Chairman, CoFounder at Bayt.com” with a Brush on a Canvas Cloth = Fine Art.
