When asking questions, is it not appropriate to write full abbreviation of the acronym and acronym inside bracket?

The importance of making a question is that the question should be clear to the reader in full sense, whether outside or inside is NOT important. Yet again, I don't think there is any problem to write full abbreviation of the  acronym.
