Followers and likes are now a days dead metrics in digital world but would suggest below to cherish the beautiful journey.

1. Gratification always work, why don't you gratify first 10 Twitter follower and promote them, this will ad positive word of mouth communication.

2. Re tweet top 10 post of your handle which has got maximum engagement and drive some handle like from archives or or anything which is suitable.

3. Run contest for your existing user and gratify them, make them feel proud and taking ownership

1. Enabling options for seding Tweets as per pre set times, viz. we write a tweet content set date, time, #, receipients... It will be pushed automatically...

2. Effortless option for promoting individual tweets or get followers, instead guiding to a long page with FAQs... learn for FB... they give simple options for promoting page, viz. expected like / follower 10-15 per day... Xamt, 15-20 per day Yamt

3. Encouraging Govts. Ministers / Bodies to Use Tweeter as the mode of listening and communicating tool... like i can get faster resolution if i write to police or education ministry than writing an email... i can see even these posibilities in India too...

4. Emergency Respose Tweets... Agree on response SLAs for all comercial users... Like hispital x will help you / can send an ambulance too in a fastest means if you write in tweeters...
