Dear sir, 

 

Can u help me solving this with explanation,

Debt Equity ratio is3:1, the amount of total assets Rs. lac, current ratio is1.5:1 and owned funds Rs.3 lac . What is the amount of current assets.

It is simple equity is Rs. 300,000 and Debt is Rs. 900,000 because debt / Equity Ratio is 3 : 1. According figures available if we consider liabilities equal to Rs. 900,000 then current Asset value is 1.5 * Rs. 900,000 = Rs 1350,000
