What is the main reason for the inconvenience of Windows 8 and 8.1 Operating system users ? and Why everyone start liking Windows 10?

in my point of view the main issue is Start menu in metro style doesn't familiar with a lot of people.

i'll answer the second part , windows 10 is more familier like windows 7 but with windows 8.1 enhancments :)
