Being able to document the information of the employees personal file which is not limited to the employee's basic information yet covers the all information a company requires e.g. basic information/education background/performance management, appraisal, succession plans, development plans/training participation/compensation & benefits related information of the employee. It this way, we will be able to have a identify the future requirements of the employees as to how we will be able to support them to develop as the company's business grows.
