Celebrating success in the workplace is great for increasing employee engagement which, in turn, increases motivation and productivity. Celebrating success is especially important because your company is constantly changing, and hopefully growing. However, you can celebrate good times and applaud success on a budget.

There are great ideas for celebrating success:

1.         Trophies

Trophies can be relatively inexpensive whilst still holding a lot of value to the people competing for them.

2.         Newsletters

Newsletters are great for keeping your employees in the loop with general goings-on in the company. 

3.         Social Events

If you're celebrating a particularly special success then you should try and get out of the office for a few hours. it can be easier for people to interact and relax together, which is great for strengthening team relationships and spurring them on to achieve more.

4.         Awards

To celebrate the success of the individuals that make your company what it is, you could have an annual awards ceremony.

5.         Cake!

Who doesn't like cake? Cakes have been used to celebrate birthdays and tons of other special occasions for centuries. So why not use them to celebrate success in your business? So, celebrating with cake can actually give your employees that much desired 'family-feeling'.

On sum, celebrating success in your business will play a vital part in increasing staff morale and employee engagement, and also reducing retention. However, it is always important to state exactly what you are celebrating and why, so that your employees know what to do in order to emulate their success time and time again.

Some great ways to celebrate your successes:

After thanking to Allah, I love to celebrate success by hanging out with family and friends. And then after relief, I plan my next activities to achieve success again.

As a rule of thumb the celebration level depends on the impact of success. The ground rule for me is Success never achieved as individual, it's a team work and should be celebrated with team having rewards, motivation and happy moments.

Firstly, Cross it off my master list of goals and checking the next one in general.Treat myself to a day of rest and relaxation celebrate with my team and colleagues.
