for a sales person to be effective and confident, he needs to work on all the soft skills cause he'll meet with different customers from different cultural back ground and soft skills is what to use when welcoming a customer and during the conversation
I know that I will never get to the bottom of my weaknesses, no matter how hard I try. I also know that I will never get to the top of my strengths, no matter how hard I desire it. In any case, I would not sucrifise my values or personality to muscle strengths or diet weaknesses. In all other cases I would not work on any of my weaknesses if I would not totally accept them as such.
