As i believe in team work. So first of all i will make a team and will assign them different task for cleaning of mess. I will supervise them and help them where have problem
This means the management has kept allowing such mess for obvious reasons. In a such a company, the team should accept the new MGR. Discipline among the team has to come up within. This is the reason a different approach is required.
Therefore, the MGR's primarry responsibility is to make sure he / she is accepted by the team willingly. Once they accepted you, then make them to realisse the likely result of such mess. Discipline will be restored by the team themselves.
