What is a good tutorial on how to start a blog from scratch? and what are the best platforms available?

I've worked with wordpress for 3 years and i love the web with that platform, blogger is great for cheap start and saving money on hosting or services, you can start your wordpress site by following my blog

The best website s for blogging are bloggers.com and word press. thes are best for tutorials. on bloggers u can just an account on gmail and also use ur gmail account for blogger.com.

'then it will give u option for starting ur first blog then u ad ur name of blog and then started ur blogs posting.
