Not necessary , it depend on skills and experience for both of them Women and Men
For example : sometimes we find Women as Manager , CEO , and Leaders , the same thing for men
First of all , let's o explain the word what actually manager means. A manager is a person who manage everything, take care the organizational profit, set up a link between his or her employee for further progress of company or organization. So the definition reflect the post or the designation is not depend upon gender . therefore, a Person having a good responsibility, personality, ethics, capability of understanding the fact, leadership quality and communication skill can groom himself or herself for the post of the manager. For me, I do think that managerial positions cannot be justified by gender difference. It all depends on the grasping ability of the persons to learn things, to have an effective communication in the work place, to have presence and dedication towards the post with a vision to lead the people to the organizational goals. Both can posses leadership qualities to manage people and environment surrounding , it is totally baseless to say that gender differences is the main reason for a good manager. From my perspective, it is unjustified to compare man and woman for a post. Managerial responsibility requires talent, good understanding, managing skills, communication skill. If any person either man or woman has these characteristics he or she can be a good manager. Although I agree that there are more men managers than women and the reason is our society attitude towards women. Women are understood as homemaker only and not allowed to live their dreams. If we give opportunity and treat everybody equally without any gender discrimination then women will show their talent in every field and can shoulder all responsibility as men do. By looking at people like Indira Gandhi, Prime minster of India and Margret Thatcher , Prime minister of England who have managed the people so well we cannot deny the fact that women can't be good managers. Moreover what I believe is that nothing is impossible, if someone has the ability and if he/she works hard for it then they will surely achieve it. In short those who possess managerial quality they can be a good manager.

It varies depending on the job, there are areas in which women excel, and there are areas where the beats man
it is dependent on personal not in sex
I think a Man is more prudent for the job due to the fact certain circumstances & physical drawbacks has & will constrain female managers to a great extend. this is a general perception. having said that all great managers have fantastic secretaries to organize their work load for a smooth running of affairs.
