What is the concept of an investment club? How can you successfully start and run one?

The concept of investment club is a group of people gather their money to make pool, then they invest somewhere, for the investment purpose they must be taking services of treasury fund managers who have expertise in it or any building / malls etc. Mostly it is done by Insurance, Bank, for the gratuity of employees, investment companies etc. If any one wants to start , he should target the place where he wants to invest like building or mall contractions or if he wants to invest in stock, bonds or other financial instruments then he needs an expert like treasury fund manager.
