Where is a better place to work in a multinational company, the UAE or USA?

having worked in USA and previously the middle east i would choose UAE.

the reason first it is open to all nationalities,experiences....etc.

second which is extremely important :tax free income"

third is dicrimination, you will not feel it in dubai but will feel it and be reminded of it everyday.

GCC Is better especially UAE and Qatar

Working in a multinational company is always challenging no matter where such a position may arise. Multinational companies are working more or less with the same business policies and procedures everywhere on the globe therefore it makes no significant difference if you work in USA or UAE. 

What makes a big difference though are the following

1. Tax free regime for UAE employees 

2. Local living conditions differences (climate, culture, living cost etc)  - each person evaluates them differently so it is up to you to make the comparison and choose what fits you at most.

I believe it depends on the job you are doing.  I personally prefer the UAE

UAE better for good position

Depend on the position, beside culture, customs & traditional of the society, where you feel comfortable is the most suitable, don’t forget individual is the best judge for himself interest.UAE is the best.

If it's a multinational company the best answer would be UAE. 

I think UAE, KSA, QATAR is a good place to work bcoz many westerners n big MNCs are here, pluralism n diversity, growth is good n continuous, good law n order control, health n education facilities, technological resources n infrastructure is good.
