I would report this type of incident immediatly.
To protect company assets comes in my responsibility ,i will report immediately to prevent such type of occurrence in future.
In every company there is whistle blow policy,so I shall the code of conduct accordingly

After investigation and verification ,I shall issue warning letter and stop increment or terminate his services.
Theft is theft, no matter if it’s petty office supplies or something of greater value. Theft cannot be tolerated in the workplace and violators must go. I would first speak to the person and if still the same behaviour is observed i would inform the management
Will talk to Employee and will also hear his version. If indeed he is guilty, will explain him consequences give him stern warning. I will maintain proper record of the incident with evidence to report to higher ups in case of repeat of such mistake.
I IMMEDIATELY REPORT IT AND IF POSSIBLE WITH EVIDENCE, TO PUT AN END TO SUCH INFRACTION.
First I will speak to him to return the things that he stole it. That we will be the first and last warning so if he didn't accept or accept and repeat the stealing again in that case I should inform the management because if I didn't do that he are going to repeat the action again and again
Also we should have a loyalty for our company as a one team we should support and advise each other to do the right thing
