How can we create virtual reality games? Is there any other program for VR?

There are many ways to create VR games. It depends on your expertise as well. But generally you need the following:

1. Game Development Engine which supports VR, like Unity3D and Unreal Engine
2. You need the VR Devices and their plugins to run the program on them, like Samsung Gear VR, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift etc
