In the field og encoding is it possible to make a different style or variation of encoding to make it more organize and for clarity?

Yes so that it can easyread and  understant but it depends on the specification of the organization in the institution.

It depends on the needs or specification of the data you're organizing. Some require a specific or pre-preferred guidelines, fields that are already given so making a different style will just make it complicated.

No, the style and variation is not on encoding but on the data being encoded, after encoding you can design the data to suit your need.

Depending on the needs of your workplace. If you do encoding, you will have to check and see which for you is easier to understand and for others to understand as well. For example, your soft copy of the document must be clustered in every folder with indicators which will be used for departmental managers, for supervisors or for co-workers.

 

Filing hard copies are the end product of your encoding skill. You must be organized in your files/documents so that if for instance you are out of your workplace, someone will not be having a hard time to locate your files.
