What would you expect a disciplinary procedure to cover?

 

Covering:

- facts

- circumstances

- responsibilities

- clear description of what happened

- clear statements / reports of witnesses, if applicable

- reference to HR policy or Labor Law to measure "what could be the disciplinary action"

- hearing session with the parties involved supported by HR or Employee Relations Officer

- written warning to discipline the employee

- organized file with all above documents
