Depends on the scenario, if you are not feeling comfortable with current job and keen to switch immediately, you can! but then you will have to lose some of your dues as a financial aspect and your reputation will effected badly at old employer.
Professionally, terms & conditions of contract, between employee and employer at the time of hiring, have to be followed. Otherwise mutual understanding, if employer is agreeing wave off your notice period, mentioned in signed contract.
Normally notice period is of30 days, somewhere90 days in GCC.
I believe the standard procedure is by given a notice period (30) days once the employee hands his official written resignation to the head of Department. Then the employe can hire new replacement.
Well am confused is this a job proposal or a situation to study?
It’s not ethical to leave any job right away without any prior notice, after all the company you are working at for a period of time is more like your big family and I guess one must be loyal to his job and his boss and make sure that in case he made up his mind to leave things will flow smooth, this is on the ethical side, on the other side am sure that the notice period before resignation is stated in the job contract one signs so he can’t quit as simple as that “I quit “.
3 monthes notice period, why?
