1. Extend the application deadline (or reopen it again)

2. Get a help by a recruitment agency

1.    Please do not recruit any person if they are not suitable

2.    Re-advertise the vacant position with wider circulation.

 

3.    For immediate requirement, someone within the company shall shoulder the responsibility of vacant position for three to four months, if possible or you may appoint a suitable consultant for short term.
