4. Achievement: Outstanding achievement as mentioned in the job description/ or duties and responsibilities
5. Official position /Designation of current level of employment. Designation could be very tricky. However, HR Manager may be knowledgeable on designation of other organizations or he/she may get it confirmed from some other sources
