In English we are told that many words or expressions can be used interchangeably. Do you agree? Or do you agree that ''Ahmed wrote this book'' and ''This book was written by Ahmed'' have the same meaning?

when some one aske me who wrote this book then i can say 

''Ahmed wrote this book''   but when i see this book in the library

 

i can say

''This book was written by Ahmed''

and yas i agree
