In your opinion, what do intelligent people do with their smart phones?

"The intelligent people own their phone; they don't let their phone own them".

Here are a few ideas what intelligent people do with their smart phones:

1- They turn the phone off and put it away during the night.

They don't sleep with the phone and they don't scroll the Twitter feed at3 a. m. Sleep is the priority of smart people!

2-They turn off the notifications while they work.

Because the focus is the essential component of the productive work!

3- They put the Smart Phones  away when they talk to someone.

They are fully present and devoted to the person in front of them!

4- They uninstall the apps they don't use.

Cluttered phone or home creates cluttered mind!

5-They take photos to capture the moments and memories.

But they don't look into the world through the camera!

6-They listen to podcasts and audio books on the go.

 That is the best usage of the time spent in travel!

7-They put the phone in the case to protect it.

But they don't ask  "How do you know that?"

8-They call their mom.

No to be worry about them at work or a trip!

9-They answer the voice messages.

Or don't install them in the first place!

-They don't switch their Phone for the new model just because the new model came out.

They attached to their own Phone as much as they can…..

I use the following apps frequently:

-My banks's app

-Whatsapp

-Skype

-FB Messenger

-S Health

- XE currency exchange

-Google Translate

I think computer scientists would use their smart phones for communication and will leave all the heavy programming and technical development stuff to their laptops. 

 I think mostly for communication that include their business dealings.

Smartphones allow users to store information, e-mail, use downloaded applications install programs, along with using a mobile phone in one device,. They are a handheld device that integrates mobile phone capabilities with the more common features of a handheld computer or PDA. However, there is a warning from experts to minimize the use of smart phone to protect eyes due to early blindness caused to thousands around the world by excessive use of mobile small screens as more computer featured works can be done on computers only. 

Intelligent people have to install  A Quran Application, and read it regularly

Some people still prefer real books but a smartphone gives you the ... Good thing thing is that they can be good enough to replace your gym

They are intelligent thats why they should do whats right and use their smar phones in a good thing. They making friends, social and most of it they use it in business transactions that may lead to them to be more intelligent and smart in their life because of the success.

I think I'm not that intelligent to answer this question and also I don't use smart phone as welll....so may be not the right person to answer the question. Thanks.

Intelligent people use their smart phone in:

1. Acquiring new knowledge: they use their smart phone's internet connection to search for things they know nothing about to have a grasp or wide understanding on it.

2. Grow professional connection: intelligent people use professional networking sites such as Linkedin and Bayt.com to grow their professional community. They use it to be surrounded with positive people that will help and inspire them to succeed.

3. To easily get updates on current news & events - intelligent people don't just rest on what they know, they are always eager to learn and make it a point to be updated on what's happening on their surroundings. They normally use their phone to check for breaking news about the society. You will seldom see them snooping on someone's Facebook account. They read informative articles rather than commenting on someone's post on IG or FB. 

4. To keep in touch with their network and family- They use emails while away from their office to easily communicate with clients or colleagues. And skype or whatsapp to talk to their loved ones while they're away. Skype is much cheaper compared to IDD calls while you're travelling abroad. It only requires internet connection while IDD calls will cost you an arm and leg. 

5. To keep the business going while away- they use their smart phones to review graphs and stats of the business operation.

6. They use apps like internet banking with encryption to process banking transactions to save time, gas, and effort. Although this is a bit risky but of course most banks nowadays have high-end security for online mobile banking which makes it easier for us to make our transactions without having the need to go to the bank. 

7. They save memos and calendars that will snooze before it's deadline so as not to forget important and critical tasks instead of writing it on a note which would require you to flip it open and won't remind you.
