When we say communication, it means two way communication. The knowledge presenter and Knowledge seeker both should be involved in the communication.

Now a days education emphasis on applied issues that require more interaction.

The flow of knowledge can not be effective if the recipient is not active to respond.

Absolutely, The students of todayare well informed and they have all the information required in their fingertips(Mobile) so it is better to give the topic to be taken the previous day itself, so that the students are prepared for the class and the class could be an interactive session than a monotonous lecture.

Definitely ..YES , furthermore, getting the more excitation of the five senses of the audience ( look ,Hear and listen , touch , smell ) will get the most communication results , then the best learning results

Yes i Agree. Especially when it comes to learning of the arts. the best way for students to obsorb the intented lesson is for them to experience it, especially when it involves technical ellements like in broadcasting or filming.

Agree.. but there are some exceptions due to hierarchy of studying.

when a graduate student is at his first year of learning, then the participation of teacher is more than the student and this becomes inverse as he/she moves up the hierarchy of course of study.

may be at the final year of course, i feel there needs to be active participation from the student's side in form of seminars, debates or questions of utmost importance and let the volcano of knowledge erupt!!!

I agree. Now is the moment of student center learning. The central of learning is no more just depend on the lecturer, but participation of the student. Massive growth on technology also has impact of lecturing methodology. Lecturer or learning program has to force more attractive than the gadget at their hand. This is the most challenging point in learning process. By invite student to do more activities at the class will attract their interest of the subject that lecturer giving.

I absolutely agree with the above statement.  Reason being, I myself was a student recently in mastery study and classes were actually done by students. Lecturers played an active role of adding in extra information.

We had virtual learnings using real time function of the disciplines by conducting mock sessions and it was fun to learn that way.

I believe the traditional method of teaching is obsolete and hence E-Learning is the generation Y's option to stay focused.

Hope this helps!
