Please request the contract administrator to include the payment schedule in the contract and as per payment schedule, incorporate the amount in cash flow. If there is any amendment to the contract, please request the contract administrator to send a copy to you.

 As a rule, a copy of contract and any amendment thereof shall be forwarded to budget officer, finance and cost management accountant to incorporate payment schedule in cash outflow forecasting
