What are the hardest tasks carried out by the coordinator and how to overcome them?

Their are no solid description for all the HR coordinator tasks, Some companies add more tasks some make it less, But in general I think it would be:

  • Conducting audits of payroll, specially when it's non digital with periodic changing shifts.
  • Medical insurance and it's related issues.
  • Coordinating annual vacations dates, Reaching a solution that can satisfy all the employees planning their vacations in the same dates will take time and a lot of effort.
  • Training the new hires.

For my opinion i think the most hardest task is to evaluate the performance of the staff the most hardest thing not for doing the evaluation but for the responsibility for the task for that i'm using to sort every finishing task for every employee and give him/here a mark to be easy for evaluation to avoid the injustice of any person

In my opinion ,

  • When he-she whats to aligning tasks with position requirements.
  • When he-she wants to implement duties in one time to avoid the due date penalty .
  • Coordinator job needs a high level of communication skills and communication with organization\\s joints , which affect on his-her performance some times when he-she facing some kind of understanding, rejection, and\\or responsibilities overlapping, in the time he-she wants to achieve the tasks.

How to overcome these situations , that depends on situation and coordinator. and his-her ability

The hardest part to carry out the tasks are the additional jobs (must do) and needed ample time to complete and the short notices.

Well... we need to overcome those hardship and tackle and make the job done swiftly even with these unroutine schedules>>>> increase the manpower and other resources to make the client as happy as possible>>> quick decision making>>> quick engineering/safety responses etc...
