In order to increase the sales, Need to monitor all fast moving and non fast moving items. First, those fast moving/saleable item must assured to have enough stocks in Warehouse and Store within3 months. Then need to make a Stock Requisition Form and Purchase Order before it last. Second, those non-saleable/non-moving items must be disposed and sold. Need to include as part of Store Sales Promotion. Third, need to trained your Sales Staff regarding Customer Courtesy, familiarity with the items, store displayed and stocks availability. Need to check and monitor Daily Sales. Check your competitive store to know what is lacking or you missed. Always accept customers feedback.
