Unless you are supermen then you can do things at the same time well unfortunately there is no such thing (fiction). The only solution to that problem is prioritize. Your target is to produce result therefore, you need to identify the minor work (task that you can do easily) then progressing to the next task until such time you accomplish all task given. Sometimes its good to ask assistance, ideas or opinions from your colleagues (remember two heads are better than one). And later in return, when he or she ask for your inputs you can provide the same.
Even priorities can be divided HIGH PRIORITY and lets say STANDARD PRIORITY. First try to understand the High Priority and then start your way with it since no one can manage two different task in a time. The best way is to prioritize them accordingly and go ahead. Unless both of them are equally High Priority then we can solve it with the colleagues support to avoid hindrance.
First of all calculate your total time and then give rating your prioritize out of 5,1 for most important and 5 for least important. Then divide the time according to rating among prioritize.
Firstly you have to schedule and find out the time limit for each job. Prioritize it accordingly and finish the job which will be done faster than the other one.
First break the task into smaller activities and then schedule and plan the activities.
i will do one task as nicely , otherwise i will request to give more time to do both tasks
