If you are grinding for cement, then you need gypsum, clinker, water, additives, depends on the type of cement you are making, and the fineness of your cement product.
If you are making clinker, then you need lime stone, shale, iron sources, aluminum sources in your raw material, sometimes, additional material such as calcium cake can be added for other liason with different company.
If you are making concrete, you need cement, water, sand and other aggregates.
