The PR should understand the requirements of both his company and the consumers he's dealing with.
He should deal with media and management in order to release the a good quality.
He should have excellent media relations and be a good Public Speaker.
he is responsible of defining the objectives and targets of PR department and establish the good image of the organization in a periodic manner.
