As an airhostess I would listen to exactly what the patient is complaining about. I will request a medical history, if the patient is suffering from anything that AVMED allows me to do, I will assist, otherwise I will keep patient calm and enquire if there is maybe a doctor on board the aircraft.

I would listen sympathetically to their complaint, reassure them that their concerns were being heard, and that we were doing everything possible to help them.
